Stock updates: Apple

Apple is going from strength to strength. It is difficult to get in at a good price on this very stock. I owned happen when it was 60 and sold it at 72. Since then the price has gone up so quickly that I have been unable to get in. Apple dropped 5 1/2% today. I would wait a little more in hopes that I am able to buy it below 140. Meanwhile Apple has a good news for us, in effect 2 good news.

First not so good news. You can now rent movies from itunes. There is nothing new to it has other people already allow you to rent or buy videos for example you can rent or buy videos from Amazon thru DealsEZ.com Video Deals.

Now a better news. Apple has just released MacBook Air. The thinnest notebook you have ever seen. The specifications of the notebook are impressive for its size and weight. You would be wondering how thin it is. It is only .76 inches and weighs less than 3 pound. I think right now you would be more entrusted in buying the notebook than the share of Apple itself. Now back to stock. I think Apple would be more successful at renting videos than Amazon just because of the hype it creates although Amazon offers similar service. Similarly I also think MacBook Air would start a new round of competition to create thin notebooks and would definitely benefit by being the first.

Gold, the metal that has been for ages considered a solid investment and has been passed along generation. Gold a metal that is considered a safe haven during times like today where there is too much uncertainty.
